The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in voluntary dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body unless required by law.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies. For contracts with consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions and mandatory statutory jurisdictions remain unaffected.
